Parisi Evaluation
Each athlete undergoes a 1-hour evaluation, which includes learning our active dynamic warm-up, Functional Movement Screening, and running analysis. Contact us for more information.
Jump Starter Program
Jump Start is a must for any young person who wants to develop foundational athletic skills that will help them rise above their competition.
Speed is a learned skill, and Parisi Speed School is the place to learn!
Total Performance
This program builds on an athlete's physical foundation and refines their skills in order for them to maximize their strength, aerobic, and/or sport-specific training. Athletes will also learn the skills and conditioning necessary to help prevent injuries through various warm-ups, exercises, and techniques.
Elite Sports Performance
Parisi Elite Sports Performance transitions Total Performance athletes to their next level of ability. This program focuses on the regression and progression of our signature speed-training methods. At this level, certified Parisi Performance Coaches use their knowledge and experience to individualize strength training for their athletes based on their abilities and specific goals.
Peak Performance
The Parisi PEAK Program was created for elite athletes who aspire to compete at the collegiate, Olympic, or professional level. Delivered in semi-private sessions, this program identifies the skills that are necessary for an athlete to reach their potential at a specific sport and provides them with the training necessary to help turn “potential abilities” into “actual abilities.”
Team Training
We are exclusively the industry leader in sports performance — and that includes bringing the entire team together to train and learn to win. A team that trains and learns together will win together, as well as form those strong team bonds that are necessary when times get rough on the field for ensuring they are able to persevere and overcome the challenge.
These are sport-specific performance programs designed to enhance the skills necessary to achieve and exceed the athletes’ goals in that sport. We are currently coaching a variety of teams including soccer, lacrosse, football, baseball, volleyball, field hockey, and basketball teams.
The Energy Leadership™ Index (E.L.I.) Assessment
The E.L.I. assessment measures the amount of anabolic and catabolic energy in a person’s core energy makeup, under both ideal and stressful circumstances. It is a seventy-item web-based survey that enables people to rate themselves on beliefs, self-perceptions, emotional reaction tendencies, and behavior patterns that resonate energetically with the levels in the Core Energy framework.
SCOPE™ Assessment
SCOPE is a free assessment app that measures your performance energy at the moment in relation to what you are about to do. This reveals what’s most influencing your energy at that moment and provides you with the means to intervene and enhance your performance potential in real-time.

Team Package
When time or budget constraints prevent in-depth, one-on-one coaching, extended presentations may be arranged for the athletes, coaches, parents, or entire teams. These presentations allow for basic performance coaching principles to be taught in a group setting, which can then be taken back to the team and applied by the individuals themselves.
